Is Deepshi free to try? Yes. Deepshi offers a free tier so you can experience how it responds, remembers, and engages before upgrading. The free version is designed to show the real product behavior, not just a limited demo.

Do I need a credit card to try Deepshi? No. You can start using Deepshi without entering any payment information. A card is only required if you choose to upgrade.

How is Deepshi different from other AIs?

Many AI systems are designed to avoid, redirect, or shut down conversations. Deepshi runs on a proprietary model built to respond more fully and naturally across text, images, music, and video. Instead of defaulting to refusals or generic disclaimers, Deepshi stays engaged and expressive while adapting to your tone and intent.

What can I use Deepshi for?

People use Deepshi for conversation, creative thinking, humor, roleplay, venting, and exploring ideas that other AI tools often restrict or over-sanitize. It is designed to feel more natural, responsive, and human.

What is the difference between Deepshi, Deepershi, and Holyshi?

Deepshi lets you try the core experience. Deepershi is built for more frequent use with higher limits and deeper conversations. Holyshi offers the most open experience with no limits and full access to advanced capabilities.

Is my data private?

Yes. Deepshi is built with privacy as a core principle. Conversations are stored only on your local device, are not used to train, and are designed to remain private to you.

Is Deepshi trained on my conversations?

No. Deepshi does not train on your personal conversations or retain them for model training.

Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. No long-term commitments.

Is Deepshi safe to use?

Yes. Deepshi is designed for open and expressive conversation while still operating responsibly within platform standards.

Is the API OpenAI-compatible?

Yes. The base URL is https://api.deepshi.ai/v1 and the request/response shapes match OpenAI’s, so the official OpenAI SDKs and most compatible tools work after changing the base URL and key.

How do I get an API key? Create one from your Deepshi dashboard. Keys are shown only once.

Which models can I use?

Deepshi’s own models plus leading third-party text, image, video, and music models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others. The live list your key can call is at GET /v1/models.

How am I billed?

The API is prepaid with USD credits shared across all your keys. Usage is priced per model.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Inference requests return 402 Payment Required until you top up your balance from the dashboard.

Do API keys expire? No. A key stays valid until you rotate, revoke, or delete it from the dashboard.

Are my prompts used for training?

No. Your prompts and completions are not used to train models.

Do you store or log my prompts?

No. Your prompt and response content is never stored, on Deepshi’s own infrastructure or with any provider we route to, and we hold zero-retention agreements with those providers.

How do I get my generated video and music files?

A completed job returns a direct download URL. Save the file as soon as the job completes.

Am I charged for a failed generation?

No. A failed request (4xx) and a failed video or music job are not billed. For video, canceling a job before it completes also means it is not charged.
